Revolution: Fort Collins

Words to ignite a revolution:
The Talmud reads, ‘Never pray in a room without windows.’ Never pray without the world in mind, in other words. The purpose of the spiritual life is not to save us from reality. It is to enable us to go on co-creating it.

*on the days we are at the Mabry’s house, we’ll have lunch, communion, a short message, discussion, prayer and worship through song. Children are always welcome! This is that address:
Kevin Mabry’s Carriage House 704 W. Mountain Ave. in Fort Collins accessed by walking back through the driveway gate to the back yard. Continue along the driveway to the garage and take the steps up to the carriage house.
On the days we’re at a park, we’ll have casual conversation and play. Someone will bring some kind of main dish and everyone else (unless you’re visiting) is asked to bring drinks or a side to share. Makeesha’s cell is 970-980-3749 if you need to contact someone at the last minute.
All are welcome, diversity is celebrated! We seek to create safe space and make room at the table for what each person brings in worship and conversation.

Jesus came with a message:
I LOVE YOU, FOLLOW ME
Join with others on the journey
His greatest commandments?
LOVE GOD, LOVE PEOPLE
Religion tends to add layers of outer garments to that message and those commandments and can make following Jesus a burden instead of an adventure
Our solution?
JOIN the REVOLUTION
BE the REVOLUTION
Do Justice, Love Kindness, Walk Humbly with God
In short….GET NAKED.
